We process game animals exclusively for individual owners and do not engage in the sale of meat products to the general public. While we adhere to the highest standards of food safety and sanitation, it is important to understand that we cannot guarantee the quality, nor safety of the game meat you bring to us.

The processing of indigenous game animals is not under the regulatory authority of the Meat Safety Assurance Unit (MSA), nor subject to inspection by official agencies. Indigenous game meat may contain diseases, parasites, bone shards, bullet fragments, and/or miscellaneous debris which could pose risks to human health, or cause injury, including, but not limited to, damage to teeth or the digestive system; As the owner of said game meat, you assume full responsibility for ensuring its proper handling, storage, and preparation prior to consumption.

While we strive to process your animal to its fullest potential, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the exact weight of the final product you will receive. The weight may vary due to several factors beyond our control, including but not limited to loss during processing, trimming, and dehydration. Additionally, if we find any tainted, contaminated, or otherwise unprocessable meat during the inspection process, we will not proceed with processing that portion of the animal. This is for your safety as well as ours. We make every effort to handle your animal with the utmost care, but the final yield may be affected by these factors.

We do not give a timeline for completion of wild game products. Keeping individual meat separate results in additional time and labor. Please do not call to inquire about the status of your order - we will notify you promptly when processing is complete.

Special Requests

If you have specific requests, such as saving certain parts of the animal (e.g., antlers), if you want the hide preserved, or request additions like cheese & bacon - these additional services WILL have associated costs.
